Swinda Falkena did her PhD at the University of Reading studying methods for robustly identifying weather regimes. After, she moved to Utrecht for a postdoc on the interaction between tipping elements, studying the dynamics of the subpolar gyre and AMOC using causal methods. This month she started as a postdoc at LMD with Freddy Bouchet.
